Hypno-healing is a method of reprogramming the subconscious memories and beliefs through a gentle and empowering process. Hypno-healing is highly effective in alleviating physical and emotional issues, boosting confidence and self-esteem, and dealing effectively with anxieties, addictions, sleep problems, health issues, relationship issues, childhood traumas, weight control issues and a lot more.

If you have been bothered by a disempowering habit that you want to change or a fear that keeps you stuck, the key to overcoming this is to reprogram your subconscious mind. Habits and fears are programs running in our subconscious mind, and, many a time, they dominate our ‘mind-computer’.

What is Hypno-healing?

Hypno-healing is a method of reprogramming the subconscious memories, beliefs, and attitudes through a gentle and empowering process. This is based on methods of healing that I have learnt from hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and mindfulness.
In hypno-healing, you will learn simple ways to reprogram your subconscious mind and clear out unwanted habits, change limiting beliefs, and release debilitating emotions to ultimately experience a greater sense of wellbeing and joy.

Another aspect that I bring to my healing space is the dimension of the ‘heart’. I believe that love is a miraculous force, and I empower clients to connect to the healing power of their heart to help calm their minds, take control of their behaviors, and reconnect to joy, happiness, and peace.

You will be motivated towards healthy weight loss by reprogramming eating habits and lifestyle, releasing past traumas and toxic emotions that prevent change, and clearing your mental pathway towards healthy weight maintenance.

You will learn techniques to reduce or eliminate stress, learn and practice relaxation techniques, and reprogram specific behavior patterns which are fueling the stress.

Self esteem and motivation

Self esteem and motivation: You can improve your self-image and self-esteem by reprogramming negative thought patterns and attitudes. All of this increases self confidence, self-esteem, and self-acceptance and propels you towards greater success.

Hypno-healing is highly effective to overcome your fears and anxieties. This includes, but is not restricted to: fear of public speaking, fear of driving, test anxiety, performance anxiety, fear of air-travel, fear of disease, and so on. You will learn how to relax in the middle of a panic attack, stop thoughts that produce panic, replace those thoughts with positive coping statements, and accept all your feelings and sensations.

What does a typical hypno-healing session look like?

  • Hypno-healing is a safe process where the client is always in control. It is a partnership where the client is actively involved in the reprogramming process.
  • A typical session starts with an initial discussion to understand a client’s desired outcomes and the barriers that are causing these outcomes to elude them.
  • This is followed by hypno-healing where the client is guided through a deep physical and mental relaxation. In this relaxed state of mind, I guide the client to access their own subconscious and help them complete the reprogramming process.
  • If necessary, the client will be given a hypno-recording that they can listen to everyday for faster results.
    You can think of hypno-healing as ‘meditation with a goal’; it is safe, simple, and incredibly powerful.

How many sessions are needed?

  • The number of sessions can vary from 2 to 8 sessions based on the kind of support that might be required.
  • The more intense the desire to reach your goal and the more consistent the follow up practice, the faster the results.
