Many of us go through phases of intense anxiety and worry. When this anxiety begins impacting our behaviours, choices and lifestyle, we need to make adjustments and learn techniques to manage and reduce our anxiety.

In my anxiety coaching sessions, I follow a three-pronged approach. I call it the E-U-C framework.

Why Anxiety Coaching?

Anxiety is, generally speaking, a mental state dominated by

꘎  Constant worries
꘎  Fears
꘎  Nervousness
꘎  Emotional overwhelm
꘎  Uncontrolled negative thinking


It is often a reaction to our inability to control things, predict the future, or feel safe here and now. The uncertainty of life, with all the dangers and risks we perceive everywhere, triggers anxiety in us.

What is unique about my sessions?

1) E-U-C framework: In my anxiety coaching sessions, I follow a three-pronged approach. I call it the E-U-C framework.

꘎  E-Education
꘎  U-Understanding
꘎  C-Control

Education: In this part of the session, the client is educated about the anxiety itself, the factors contributing to it, the brain-science behind it, and the tools and techniques to manage it. These tools will help you move from a state of ‘I don’t know what to do’ to ‘I can handle and process my worries and fears.’ I call this the  HOPE stage.


Understanding: In this part of the session, the client develops a deeper understanding and awareness of his/her own mind and the connection between past experiences and present reactions. The client also develops a holistic understanding of how their lifestyle, thinking patterns, traumas, diet and habits influence their anxieties. As part of this understanding, the client will also learn to accept their own mind and emotions and to be in a state of ‘I understand myself and am ok with the way I am now.’ I call this the  ACCEPTANCE  stage.


Control: This is the most empowering part of the process where the client begins to practically apply the education and understanding aspects and starts experiencing results. In this part of the session, the client feels a sense of control over their anxiety, worries, and thought patterns and now begins to acknowledge, ‘I am capable and in charge’ I call this the  EMPOWERMENT stage.

I use the E-U-C approach in my sessions, helping my clients develop hope and acceptance, and empowering them towards sustainable change.

2) The healing power of the heart:

Another aspect that I bring to my healing space is the dimension of the ‘heart’. I believe that love is a miraculous force, and I empower clients to connect to the healing power of their heart to help calm their minds, take control of their behaviors, and reconnect to joy, happiness, and peace.

As a client, you will experience this healing power of the heart manifesting in:

  • The coaching environment: where you will experience a non-judgemental healing space.
  • Attitude of the coach: Who will connect with her own healing power of the heart and empower you to do the same.
  • Coaching tools, techniques, and meditations: Through which you reconnect with your own wisdom and your own inner coach.

3)  Coaching is always a partnership:

As part of my coaching, I hold my clients accountable for the outcome that they desire and the changes that they are committing to make. All of this is done through a gentle, loving, and supportive environment where I am constantly encouraging them to take the next step towards calmness, clarity, and greater wellbeing.

As a guide, I will help you, empower you, inspire you, and gently nudge you to cross old barriers and create the life you desire. As a client, you take responsibility and commit to the healing process.
