Welcome and thank you for visiting The Healing Gym. I offer private Hypnosis and Anxiety / Life Coaching sessions over zoom. I also offer Heal Your Life classes based on Louise Hay’s teachings periodically.

I have been working one-on-one with my clients teaching them how to use hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming to help themselves overcome their challenges in life. I also use anxiety coaching techniques to help my clients gain greater control over their life and their mind. 

I use hypnosis (I call it hypno-healing) in my sessions frequently. I have helped clients find relief from childhood traumas and chronic pain. I have supported clients to overcome different kinds of phobias and anxieties including  examination anxiety, driving anxiety, relationship based anxiety. I have also worked with clients to help them use hypnosis in pregnancy, childbirth, medical conditions and many other areas.

Q) I have no idea about hypnosis, Can I join?

  • Yes, the self-hypnosis workshop is meant to introduce everyone to the concept of self-hypnosis and how they can use it to change their life.


Q) Is Self-Hypnosis safe? Is there any side effects to hypnosis?

  • Self-hypnosis is a state which is normal and common to all of us. We have been in hypnosis at many times during the day. You will understand more clearly about this during the workshop. 
  • There are only benefits in learning and practicing self-hypnosis.
  • However, if you have severe psychiatric issues and suffer from issues like hallucination, this workshop is not recommended.


Q) Can children or teenagers attend this workshop?

  • This current workshop is meant for adults. However if you have teens who might be interested, please drop me a message. I can run a separate workshop just for teens.

  • For best understanding of self-hypnosis, I would recommend live attendance of both days. Since this is such a practical workshop, watching the recording may be inadequate to get full benefit.
