About the Healing Circle
‘Healing Circle’ is a monthly support group for all women who are aspiring to heal their body, mind, emotions, relationships or any aspect of their lives.
The Healing Circle is a forum for support, learning and personal development. Louise Hay said, 'Now is the time for women to break the barriers of self- limitation. You can be far more than you ever dreamed possible.'
The objective of this group is to provide a platform and an environment where we women can learn ways of nurturing ourselves while supporting one another.
‘Love - Learn - Let Go’ is the mantra of the group and we will constantly endeavor to create a loving and accepting environment, learning new ways of nourishing our emotional and spiritual selves and letting go of all our stress and fears.
I believe that every woman is a goldmine of wisdom and the environment in the Healing Circle will facilitate the sharing of this 'Collective Wisdom'.
TOPICS FOR THE HEALING CIRCLE- 2023
1) Theme: Foundations of Love (February)
Loving ourselves realistically (February 8th & 22nd)
We all have different problems in life. It could be a problem with our health, or with our relationships or our finances. But no matter what kind of problem we are dealing with, we always start with ‘Loving the Self’. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives. This love is not vanity or arrogance or selfishness. It is about having respect for ourselves and a self-appreciation that is deep-rooted.
In these sessions, we will look at the concept of self-love in a very practical way. We will do exercises and group meditations as well as home-work (which is basically love-work) exercises to be practiced on a daily basis.
2) Theme: Setting the stage (March, April, May)
Boundary setting (March 8th & 22nd)
Many of us are not used to standing up for ourselves and asking what we need. We are afraid to say ‘no’ because we don’t want to offend or disappoint people.Consequently we end up frustrated, exhausted, unappreciated, and mistreated. But we can all learn to set boundaries with kindness, assertively asking for what we need and create more satisfying and respectful relationships.
Join us in these sessions as we uncover some finer details of boundary setting and practice some boundary setting in our lives.
The past has no power over me (April 12th & 26th)
How did we go from being a tiny baby who knows the perfection of itself and of life to being a person who has problems and feels unworthy and unlovable to one degree or another? In these sessions, we will examine our past a bit more to take a look at some of the beliefs that have been running us.
This kind of cleansing process need not be painful. The exercises we will do as part of these sessions will be very light and at the same time insightful. Identifying negative messages in our mental closet can be as liberating as throwing the trash and cleaning up your kitchen.
Whatever we believe is true (May 10th & 24th)
If you believe something to be true, it is true for you. If you believe it isn’t true, it isn’t. The glass is both half full or half empty, depending on how you look at it. We have billions of thoughts that we can choose to think. However most of us choose to think those thoughts that our parents used to think or the thoughts that have been fed into us in our formative years.
However we do not have to continue thinking in the way we have been programmed. We have the power to choose the thoughts that uplift and empower us.
In these sessions, we will explore how our beliefs create our reality. Our beliefs about finances, friendships, work life etc literally create the life we are living in now. We will also look at some practical and simple ways that we can change some deep limiting beliefs and create the life that we want.
3) Theme: The Healing Process (June, July, August)
Healing the body (June 14th & 28th)
All mind-body practitioners affirm that the body is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs. Every cell responds to every single thought we think and the words we speak. As a consequence we end up creating illness in our body.
But if we have the ability to create illness, we also have the ability to create health and wellness. These sessions can be life changing for anyone who is struggling with physical health issues. Come and learn ways to use the powers of your own mind to heal the body.
Healing the mind (July 12th & 26th)
A lot of inner healing work is about healing the mind. We all have days when our mind cooperates and helps us live a happy, content life. We also have days when the mind bothers us and engages in negativity, anxiety and difficult emotions.
In these sessions we will look at how we can use the power of our heart to tame the mind and gently support the healing journey of the mind. We will also look at some tools for managing anxiety and depression.
Healing relationships (August 9th & 23rd)
The relationship we have with ourselves now is highly influenced by the relationships we had with other adults as we were growing up. Louise Hay frequently says that, ‘Relationships in our life are a mirror of ourselves’.
If you are looking to improve different relationships in your life whether it is the relationship with your partner, your parents, your children or your friends, these sessions will be highly valuable.
During these sessions, we will also do exercises to change deep rooted beliefs within us so that we can attract and create beautiful relationships.
4) Theme: Empowerment and Change (September, October & November)
Overcoming resistance to change (September 13th & 27th)
Have you ever tried to lose weight but felt frustrated at the lack of results and ended up concluding that it’s never going to happen? Or did you try to rebuild the relationship with your parents and found that harder than climbing the Great Wall?
We all have a list of changes that we want to consciously initiate in our lives. But we also feel an internal resistance to this change, and we have no idea what this resistance is or how to overcome it.
Join us for these Healing Circle sessions and develop a greater awareness on how we can create a conscious process of change and overcome our internal resistance.
Gently helping ourselves change (October 11th & 25th)
Once we understand the internal resistance to change, we need to start taking action and concrete steps to gently make the changes that we want in our life. This is an application session where we jointly nudge each other and ourselves to take micro-steps towards our goals.
We use different tools like meditation and buddy group support to keep us on track.
Creating a new life (November 8th & 22nd)
Most of us are clear about what we do not want in our life. We often lament about what we don’t want, but the more time we dwell on what we don’t want, the more of it we end up creating.
What we put our attention on grows and becomes more permanent in our life. During these sessions we utilize the power of the collective group energy to shift our attention from ‘what we don’t want’ to ‘what we want’.
We use powerful technologies like ‘creating affirmations’ in order to train the mind and shift our attention. This session will help you learn tools of manifestation. Join us if you are willing to create a new life for yourself.
STRUCTURE OF THE SESSIONS
Two one hour sessions every month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.
Timings are: 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm pacific time, US (8.30 pm to 9.30 pm eastern time, US) ( 7 am to 8 am, India time, the next day)
Every quarter has a unique theme and every month has a unique topic.
As part of the fortnightly live online group session, we have a rich content that includes awareness exercises, interactive discussions, teachings from experts, fun activities, relaxing meditations, nourishing music and a lot of practical tips to apply this wisdom in our daily lives. We will also have Q&A time and a safe space to share our progress.
In addition we will have a private whatsapp group to support and encourage each other throughout the year.

Q) I am new to the healing work, Can I join?
- Yes, the healing Circle will be equally valuable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners in self-healing.
Q) There is a lot of reference to the word ‘healing’ here. What do you mean by ‘healing’?
- We are a combination of body, mind, breath and spirit. When our bodies fall sick, our mind gets affected and when our mind is disturbed, the body feels the impact. As we go through the journey of life, we all experience different kinds of turmoils, traumas and difficult situations. All of those leave an imprint in the body and mind.
- When we become conscious of the effects of these turmoils on our body, mind and breath and consciously work to release those effects and support ourselves in coming back to our natural state of inner peace, we heal.
- In the context of these ‘Healing Circle’ sessions, we will actively explore ways and means to heal ourselves gently and safely, increasing self-awareness, learning tools and techniques and doing all this in an internal and external space of love.

Q) Will the sessions be very intense?
All of these topics are relevant to each one of us. While the session topics seem to be heavy, the focus during the sessions will be on developing awareness, creating an environment of safety and learning tools.
Q) Can we attend only the sessions we are interested in?
The sessions are designed such that they help us heal different aspects in our lives. All sessions will be recorded and you will get a recording to watch later. If you miss attending any of the sessions, you can always catch up through the recordings and join us for the next sessions. I do recommend that you join us for as many sessions as possible.
